Usage
A moving blade is used to push the workpiece against the fixed blade. Adjust the clearance between the blades according to the thickness of the sheared material, and usually the clearance is 5-10% of the thickness of the material. Adjust the profiling attachment according to the width of the sheared material. Before operation, please first check whether the machine is under normal working conditions. If there is any problem, please turn off the power immediately and carefully check the machine. Pay attention to hand safety when moving the workpiece. Regularly lubricate all parts of the shearing machine.

Maintenance
1. Operate the shearing machine in strict accordance with the related operating procedures.
2. Before operation, please timely and properly lubricate the machine according to the lubrication chart. The oil should be clean and has no sediments.
3. Keep the shearing machine as clean as possible.
4. Regularly check the performance of the electrical parts.
5. Periodically check the degree of wear of triangle belt, handle, knob, button, etc. so as to replace them in a timely manner.
6. Periodically check and repair the switch and handle to ensure their performance.
7. The shearing machine should be only operated by specialized personnel.
