Press Brake

A press brake, also called a brake press, is a machine tool which is primarily used for bending sheet metal. As an experienced press brake manufacturer in China, we at Donghai provide several types of brakes, including NC hydraulic press brake, CNC hydraulic press brake and tandem CNC press brake etc. Our products utilize a back gauge to accurately position a piece of metal so that the brake puts the bend in the correct place. A mechanism compensation system is also used for high bending accuracy. In addition, key components of our press brake are purchased from world renowned companies, such as hydraulic oil pump from BOSCH and main motor from SIEMENS. Moreover, our brake can be applied in many different forming applications by means of using different dies.

In order to maintain high performance and long service life of the press brake, proper maintenance is required.
1. Hydraulic Circuit
a. Check the oil level every week to ensure timely refueling
2. Keep the oil tank clean
3. The system oil temperature should be from 35℃ to 60℃.
2. Filter
a. Each time you change the oil, please replace or thoroughly clean the filter
b. Please replace the filter if it functions abnormally
c. The air filter on the top of the oil tank should be cleaned every 3 months and replaced every year.
3. Hydraulic Components
a. Monthly clean all hydraulic components, such as valve, motor, pump and tubing etc. Cleaning agents should not be used.
b. Please check whether the pipe bend is deformed when the new machine tool has been used for a month, and fasten the joints of all spare parts when the new machine has been used for two months.
