This plate bending machine is used to pre-bending and coiling various oil tanks, ships and water tanks etc. in the industries such as the pressure container, machinery, hydroelectricity, architecture. The machine tool also has the function of coiling and leveling.

Descriptions of Four Roller Rolling Machine,W12 :
1. The upper roller is the main drives. It drives the lower roller and side rollers through the friction force between the plate and the rollers, which offer the torsion for the coiling.
2. The upper roller is droved by motor, lower roller, side rollers, reversal frame and supporting rollers are hydraulic transmission.
3. The lower rollers move vertically; side roller move slant; synchronization precision is ≤ ±0.15mm.
4. The lower roller ascending to nip the plate to complete pre-bending of the plate; the side rollers ascending to complete the end pre-bending of the plate.
5. This machining machine has the symmetry bending and asymmetry bending capacity through changing the position of the side rollers;
6. This Rolling Machine adopts the central lubrication system.
7. OMRON PLC control system is employed in the plate bending machine.
8. High accuracy of the low roller and side roller position sensors are available for the adoption of light encoders.

The metal machining machine consists of the main structure, upper roller setting, main transmission setting, lower roller setting, equilibrator setting, reversal setting, base plate, electric system, hydraulic system and lubricating system.
Main structure
Main structure of the Four Roller Rolling Machine,W12 consists of base, fixed side frame and reversal side frame. Each part is steel welded structure;
The frames of the machine tool are positioned on the base by screws; and the two supports are connected together by articulated beam;
There are lead rails for lower roller and side rollers on the two side frames. In the fixed side stand, there is a closed structure bearing box of the upper roller. In the reversal side, there is supporting setting for the reversal side frame. The force during the coiling is endured by the two side frames;

Lubricating system
The main reducer and side rollers reducers adopt splash lubrication and natural cooling.
When surrounding temperature is -100℃, the lubrication oil type is N46, N48.
When surrounding temperature is 040℃, the lubrication oil type is N68, N100, N150, N200;
Oil gun can also be used to lubricate the other lubricating points; lubrication greases is ZGN40-1(winter) and ZGN40-2(summer), twice per duty.
Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system of the machine tool is composed of gear pump, valve group, and pipes. The system is composed by pressure adjusting circuit, synchrony circuit and speed circuit.
The pressure adjusting circuit can adjust the working pressure of the Rolling Machine through the overflow valve;
The Max pressure is 19.5Mpa;
The synchrony circuit separates roughly the hydraulic oil to the ascending and descending of the upper roller through the by-pass valve;
The restrictor valve adjust the upper roller ascending and descending;
The displacement transducer is adopted to detect the displacement, the synchronization precision is ±0.15 mm;
The speed circuit is used to control the dumping and resetting of the reverse device through adjusting the restricting speed by restrictor valve.
Electric system
Electric control system of the metal machining machine consists of controlling table, hand button box.
The motivate power is three-phase four lines 380V/50Hz.
Controlling circuit adopts PLC programming control system and it has a long service life.

Main Structure of Rolling Machine, W11s :
The Rolling Machine composed of upper rollers, lower rollers and horizontally move device, support roller device, main drive device, reversal device, right and left side frame and bottom plate.
1. Upper rollers device:
Upper device composed of main cylinder, upper bearing base, upper roller, double central adjust bearing.

2. Lower rollers and level movement device:

Main drive supplies the main power through output gear, down roller input gear, opening drive torque to lower rollers.

3. Level movement device:
Level movement device composed of level movement motor, worm wheel worm pole box; worm wheel worm pole.
Level movement device is driven by motor. Through worm wheel worm pole box, screw pole can move in horizontal and bending in symmetry.

4. Support device:
Composed of screw pole device, leaning device and support rollers;
The support device can be adjusted upward or downward according to different coil plate speciation.
Support roller material: 45#;

5. Main drive device:
It's composed of main motor, belt, gear reducer box, electricity and hydraulic drive device.

6. Reversal devices:
It's composed of sliding pillow and reversal cylinder.

7. Balance devices:
It's composed of balance press block and screw.

All Kinds of Interlock of the Plate & Metal Bending Machine:
(1) After the reversal frame completely repositioned, all the actions can proceed (take the "reversal frame reposition" limit location switch as the examination);
(2) When the upper roller is on the upper location, the horizontal moving of upper roller and the independent descending of reversal side cannot proceed ("upper roller up position" limit location switch as examination);
(3) When the working pressure of the upper roller pressure relay is over 1/3P, the upper roller and the support roller cannot move. (Pressure relay as examination)

Failure Directions of the Metal Machining Machine:
(1) When the lower roller motor, horizontal moving motor and support roller motor is over-load, the failure direction light gives direction.
(2) When there is wrong with the PLC, the failure direction light gives direction.

Technical Features of the Rolling Machine:
Drum-type upper roller, the lower part of the lower roller and the support roller are in coordinate with the adjustment as well as the products' line degree with high precision.
(1) Drum-type upper roller is adopted, and the pre-settled amount of the drum-type is generally 70% of the average load of the rollers.
(2) The lower roller with smaller diameter is supported by support roller which can be adjusted up and down.
(3) According to the load of the roll-bending goods, adjust the support roller beneath the lower roller, which greatly improve the line degree of the products.

Backside Bending Function of the Rolling Machine:

Working Principle of Hydraulic Press Brake, WE67K :
1. The positioning signal of the upper beam are detected by the light encoders and feed back to the CNC system;
2. Then the CNC system will check the opening size of the synchronizing valves, calculating and adjusting the inlet oil amount to control the synchronization of the two cylinders (Y1, Y2), so as to keep the working table and the upper beam parallel.
3. There is a sensor inside the mechanical crowing device, it will detect the bending situation and feedback it to the CNC system; the CNC system will calculating and control the amount of the crowning compensation of the crowing device automatically.
